Good Place to work but like all service organizations, it all depends on the team and client you are working.ProsLearnings are available for free in UdemyCan offer good compensation if you are smart enough to deal with recruiting HR.Leaves and policies are employee friendly.ConsHR are there only for namesake.Managers never connects for help and expect you to work 15 hrs a day.

Work life balance depends on the Team and project. No Promotions and no salary hikes. Micro management in some projects. No onsite offers. Politics in some of the projects.No learning growth.
