You adjusting to the situation and people as per need. Also patience keeping you have to do in certain of the cases. A con according to me but when it is job you have to accept such kind of things. No other complaint from my end at present

Transparency can be seen in things

There is a bond of trust between the mgmt. & employees. This has been possible due to the transparency maintained here. There is very less scope for doubt, and we can work with peace of mind. The policies and the processes are well set, and work in the interest of both the employees and the organization.

I learned a lot during my time here

A few months back., thanks to my luck, I got a chance to work here as an intern. It was valued experience for me. People with whom I had to coordinate were very supportive and courteous with their approach. Even they involved me in one of their projects, which was a good experience. being an intern, I think thin was something that was more than I even expected.
