The work is good as it's outsourced from the US firm but the pay is very less for the work done and no other employee benefits. The management team at Chennai is not very nice.

They are flexible to allow leave after Jan to April busy season

Its okay try this if u have no other optionDuring busy season u need to work for 72 hours a week that is like a very stresses for the freshers support from the management is also not upto mark they are selfish

Productive and Efficient

Nice co-ordination from the team & Management. I've worked on Audit of Real Estate entities in US. The workplace is very nice and too good to work. The hardest part of the job is working on Sundays if you're having work(Season time). Most enjoyable part is every month team lunch/outing.

Review on Chennai office

I worked there for one year. Its a good place for learn and cultivate yourself with the tax and audit field but the management is not good and they don't value the employee. I saw the management firing out the people who are more experienced just because they raised their voice for the righteousness.
