Responsibilities:
ā¢ Responsible for sales, promotion, implementation and supervision of distributor sales team.
ā¢ Built an effective working relationship with the team members/Dealers and ensured proper utilization of available resources to increase Sales.
Day would start with market working in the morning 9 to 3 pm then market order summary.
Learned about the basic of an FMCG work culture.
Management was very friendly.
All the co-worker were very supportive.
The most enjoyable part was every month end closing as all of us would compete with each other to excel.
