Company is really good in managing its employees with respect. Good pay master. 5 days a week for sales employees also. Career growth is very very slow, no promotions at all if you are not from premium B school. RSM and Branch manager is really bad in west branch now a days.

I left the Organisation after serving 5 yes that there was no criteria that time for internal promotion / career growth for entry level employees with performance . But never I'll oppose it's recruitment system .
