Working Culture and Job Satisfaction is very good. Company is constantly evolving to include new technologies and allowing employees to learn. Overall a very good place to work.

Company is really good in managing its employees with respect. Good pay master. 5 days a week for sales employees also

Company is really good in managing its employees with respect. Good pay master. 5 days a week for sales employees also. Career growth is very very slow, no promotions at all if you are not from premium B school. RSM and Branch manager is really bad in west branch now a days.

Best company to work.. I have never seen any issue with the management. If we have problem then management will try to fix it as soon as possible with betterapproach and suggestions.

Colgate has always been fun to work with due to professional office culture, facility, employee oriented. Along with work they always make sure whether employees are satisfied and enjoying their work.
