Good company as long as you are in Project

Collabera do resource outsourcing. As long as we are in project every thing looks good. Once we are done with the project they ask us to get project which has very low rate when compared with previous project. The immigration team is very bad. They never respond to associate emails for Immigration related queries. I really don't know their purpose in the company if not responding to questions.
