The overall work culture is good. It is a big with many BU's. There is scope for technical work and development, which depends on the team you join. The location of Indian Tech Centre is a issue, as it is in north of Bangalore.

There is focus to increase ownership in work, long timers are not rewarded well, tendency to buy and sell off departments by US management, location not that great...no metro connection, food is worst

One of the best in the industry. You have lot of opportunities. Most importantly your entire salary is fixed. Hence CTC to take home ration is one of the best. Ethics and compliance, safety of employees are foremost priority. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and internal movements every 2 to 3 years. You will enjoy being in this company.

Good leaning experience, Good Career growth, Lot of new things to learn but more seniors with less active individual contributors. So many seniors with less SME. Management at leadership level is good but not at team level management.
