Productive and healthy workplace

I worked in Colt technology from April 2019 to September 2022 as a technical lead. Colt is very employee friendly and believe in work life balance. Manager are good and give you fair chance to grow if you have capability. The only pain is their transportation system which is worst.

A good atmosphere to work.

Great work life balance. Overall I was really happy with working at COLT.The only thing made me change was the technologies used were older.Didn't add much to my Experience portfolio.

Lack of job security and political management

Orthodox management, full control is in UK, you would not have any powers, work life balance is there but no learning. Still operating in 1990s working style.Yes Boss style works.
