The management should plan the team and resources in such a way that that it shouldn't stress out the people working in the different shifts . Work should be made more fun rather than sticking to the work all the time.
Impressive work culture.Plenty of opportunities for promotion. However, takes a long time for career growth.Overall experience was satisfactory.Would love to work again with Concentrix, if ever get chancea again.

Long hours and less salary
It is a good Company to work for. There are skip meetings and hence you can voice concerns. There is job stability. The compensation can be better. Sometimes Office Politics can be an issue.

I learned a lot in the process, especially during training it was fun and when we start taking calls it was really nerve wracking at first especially if its your first time working at a bpo industry. at first, you will really feel demotivated if your first call is a bad call, however the SME's are very supportive and will push you to became better and they will keep you motivated!
Please think twice before joining even if you are a fresher as there is too much pressure for performance and lot of policies that are not employee friendly.Don't trust blindly get things written via mail or paper they ask you to work extra hours instead of 9 hours and they are not employee friendly but client friendly and very cost conscious no free transport.
No free transport, will be asked to do extra hours, management people tone is also not friendly it is a local call centre no professionalism.

My job experience without problems and pressure and environment was very friendly and professional. I was happy there due to my transfer issue I have resigned but everyone was very nice by nature competition and jealous was not there.

Working at cnx is like having a job security but getting less paid than others..very poor management.If you got it issues still you need to complete the log in hrs ..no peace of mind.

They hire slaves for US client, after giving more than 5 yrs ,they think alot before rehire,I had served my notice period still the Hr personnel named jamshed had given negative statements on my releiving letter and has tagged me as negative rehire status. Agent has to suffer alot,has no personal life .
