Hard to advance

It's hard to advance your career at Concentrix. The pay is also very low compared to other call centers. The managers are okay and they make an effort for employees to enjoy working there.

The agency seemed to constantly have an increasing turn over rate; rarely did I see employees stay on past a couple of months. Work staff appeared to be friendly.

Pros

Appreciative of the salary and I do miss learning basic operations of the company.

Cons

Seldom were there times when management teams and staff seemed to work together.

Don't Waste Your Time. This company is a JOKE!!! (Managers)

Based on my time at Concentrix, you are never shown that you are appreciated due to your performance. The managers are a joke, selfish and looking out for self only. Making sure you are not compensated for your work, if so, its interfere with their bonus. You are constantly stabbed in the back by your so call Superior. The company is bias. For the stuff they put you through working for that little money is not worth it. The Benefits stinks. (example) If I make 15.00 an hours and my manager make 50,000 to 80,000+ a year we still have to pay the same amount for insurance of $200.00 a month, if you have a family double that. SMH Their should be a class action lawsuit for this. Let me stop, cause I have nothing good to say about Concentrix.

A fun workplace to jumpstart your career with
