The organization very strongly holds the cultural statements in day to day practices. Leadership provides adequate time to sync in the culture and take over responsibilities.

I have learned a lot from my colleagues and my manager were very helpful and supportive. There are lot of opportunities in the company to grow as an individual. And the management is very supportive and there are many things to learn.
It was a fun place to work at. The job was stressful, but my manager was extremely supportive and my colleagues were great mentors as well as wonderful friends. The hardest part of the job was of course the sales and the type of product that was being sold, but the experience was very rewarding and insightful.
I learned to be detail-oriented and to think three steps ahead about what I would be asked. That will help me in this client-driven role because I’ll always have prepared, well-thought-out answers to questions they haven’t asked yet.

Functional Skills: • Knowledge of Various Factors affecting the Call Volume, AHT, Occupancy and Service Levels. • Knowledge of Work Force Management Applications& IEX tools. • Knowledge of AVAYA Designer Reports. On job training time and training part of job was soo useful Lot of extra activities on weekends Hardest part of job is to convince a person wo does"nt have any knowledge about the service provided in native language precisely if the customer is a local language speaker.
