It is a good Company to work for. There are skip meetings and hence you can voice concerns. There is job stability. The compensation can be better. Sometimes Office Politics can be an issue.

Concentrix is one of pathetic and worst company. Concentrix management is very cheap and poor. They always think about cost cutting and poor service to client and employee. There is nothing for employees over there. There is no any facility for employees. Employees has to give 9.50 shift any how whether if situation is worst. They have 30 minutes extra shifts don't know which guidelines the are using.
Good environmental, new bees can learn more, Lots of opportunities to move in different processes latteral and Promotional operation managers and HR are very cooperative and help you in your career guide

Love the atmosphere and work management, Every person from the management are help full I will never find such a wonderful place of work in any organisation, I have move from the company due to i was travelling to Dubai, but still i am looking for an chance to get the job in Concentrix Dubai

Voice and Non Voice Process for Technical Support as well as Customer Service for US and Canadian and Australia. 9 Hours Shift with 1 hour break which is divided into 3. Fun Loving Job and Tough as well. Good People and trainers.

Being a total fresher with no experience was little scary. I learned to be polite and soft spoken in a customer service field. Almost 12 yrs ago, was not much in interaction with management as we had a team leader and all interactions were through him. It was as per the Australian standards which was completely new to me and i was struggled hard to match up with their pace and achieved it . I used to love to handle registration calls as my quality scores were always excellent in it .
