Work environment is good as well as salary... Incentives are good enough if you work good.. If your manager is good then it's okey but if manager or team lead is not supportive then you feel so tough doing job

You will get job security there however the management is poor there is no growth very low salary no work life balance they make TL to bootlicker irrespective of skills.
