Great Introduction to Customer Service
Agent Standpoint: Arrive on time and manage your time as per schedule. Based on project continuing education and skill transfer of Customer Service and/or Sales. Great culture with fellow agents, very tight knit and supportive. Can be difficult getting used to repeated calls/chats and adhering to schedule as per goals. Excellent support and personable Team Leaders. Management Standpoint: Variable scheduling and hours, generally you will work more than 40+ on a salary to turn a successful team. You will learn effective team and time management skills to stay ahead. Fellow staff is very supportive, however the higher manager grade you go the less support and direction you will receive. Can be difficult balancing the need for extra hours (nonpaid) to be successful vs. personable life concerns. The chance to develop and improve the culture is very fulfilling.
