 Good Experience on troubleshooting of electronic circuits.  Good knowledge in Testing and debugging the PCB Assembly and Final assembly of UPS.  Good experience in Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive action using 8D method.  Good Experience on SMT and THT soldering technique.  Good Knowledge of BGA, & Lead free soldering technique.  Good experience in ESD (Electro static discharge) control process.  Good Knowledge on Generating ECO’s.  Knowledge in the preparation of documents (Preparing easy repair Manuals, Specifications sheets, Control plan, Quality plan, Work Instructions etc.,) and records as per the ISO Standard requirements.  Good knowledge in usage of QC tools, poka yoke and Jidoka  Good Knowledge about IPC standards  Good experience in KAIZEN implementation.  Good experience in preparing quality related reports.  Knowledge about SMT component packages  Good experience in Reflow and Wave soldering process  Taken up many Technical and Quality related issues and solved using six sigma (DMAIC) methodologies.
