Every one working has always an ambition to be appreciated not only by the subordinates or colleagues but also from the management.
After joining Iris , this came true and that day came into my carrer where i was recognised and identified by our Joint Managing Director and was given an appreciation letter with a salary increment in the 3rd month after joining.This was just given because of my hard work, and taking the team as a leader into the right way by focusing them and enabling them to perform better.
