Good team leader

Good Pressure but supportive team leaders and managers and HR on time salary was mandatory mostly on 1 of every month or else next day.. leaves and half days was beinfited

Based on the hardwork I do I feel that its necessary to get salary and incentives on time but I feel there is no schedule for salary as well as incentives in this organization which leads my hardwork gets drop and financially problamatic for me.

We will Learn lot there, but can't able to stand in low salary

Around 20+ process inside the conneqct. I worked in Axis agri, its a average process. If our timing are 9 to 6 shifts, they will not able to go after completing 9 hours. Me getting 16500 and my juniors getting 19500. Mainly they will show partialty in Salary What is a typical day like for you at the company?Typically we can choose conneqt for getting minimum experience only.

I hate this company. And the seniores are very rude. And most probably management is worst ever and salary hold for 2 to 3 months to clear the salary.

Placement by conneqt is good but Co. thinks their Seniors can do anything. overall it was very good by Conneqt but the company i was placed in was not up to mark

The company was very good about its rules and regulations.

My day was starting with taking calls of costumers and resolve their issues. My Team Leader was very friendly and good listener. And the company environment was all good.

Company HRs are good but operations team are biased.

Strictly no unplanned leaves and they dont allow you to take leaves of your bucket also. Company HRs are good but operations team are biased. Good thing is they will be providing two way cab facility at nodal points

Good work experience, They pay salaries on time, Work pressure is more depending on the process and client requirements,Work and personal life cant be balanced properly as due to work pressure, apart from that everything is good.
