Young, energetic, motivated and ready to grow

Young coworkers make it a fun place to work, and there are flexible hours so we can work at our convenience. Thanks to the fantastic work environment, I can balance my work and personal life. People don't simply do their work because they believe in it; rather, they do it because they believe in it.

A Wholesome Experience

A toxic environment

The entire upper management is filled with people who think they know how to manage a company. There is no sense of work-life balance and unpaid labour is definitely something that the company profits on. Regardless of your role, it is impossible to break the toxic cycle of regular demeaning messages and lack of empathy. This is because of a particular member of senior management. During my tenure, I have seen the turnover of around 30+ employees caused just because of one person and it is quite comical at this point because the rest of the management turns a blind eye to it.

It was good

I wasn't there for long. However while hiring, there was training provided. We had many tests to pass through. The pay was very low and it was very difficult to get work due to the competitive nature. No work meant no pay.

Need to pay their employees better, treat them.with more respect.

The company doesn't really give you interesting projects.. it doesn't pay people well either. The idea of incentives is highly flawed. The company needs to do better.
