Ok so i worked here for almost a year in the first 4 months it was good working with them bcoz i was a fresher i was learning a lot of things and after working for 4 months i realised wt am i doing only calling candidate explaining them the profile nd begging them to come for an interview if even a candidate is not interested bcoz they will stand on your head and say no you have to call the candidate for an interview by hook or my crook we had to shortlist 10 candidates in a day to come for an interview tomorrow nd if we are not able to meet ours targets even though shortlisting 10 candidates per day was actually a tough task nd if we are not able to do that they always they everyday ask us to extend our shifts till 8 or 8:30 in the night bt the shift ends at 7 pm ok so talking abt the pressure they literally suck your blood out of your veins they dont let you be happy they stand on your head and screw your life . Ok so i ianaged to survive here for 1 year coz i was a fresher that time my graduation was also not completed so after completing one year i decided to change my job at the time of corona virus they are not a man of their words they say one thing on your face then they denay we didn't said that nd i was really stuck with this company at the time of pandemic they are not even proving us half of our salaries nd even not updating about anything not giving us any sort of work nd just sitting at home playing mind games with their employees no professionalism at all management was also itself screwed up i wasted my one year here after that aswell they ll not provide you -

Very bad experience as a fresher

Worst company..If you're local you can give it a try..But if you want to relocate..Think twice..they won't provide salary and too much work pressure is there..There would be targets without completion of with you won't be allowed to go home..And they would try to insist you to join and they would make you dream too much but trust me they won't provide you anything.

-Very nice work culture ,all festivals are celebrated and parties are thrown very often -Nice similar age group colleagues -Lot of discipline and hard work -Very good growth opportunities -No job security is there ,employees are terminated without any valid reason & without any notice.
