Corning is a good company to work for. Benefits are great, pay is decent and people overall are nice.I have witnessed success stories of people advancing really quick in the operations department, for engineers is a little harder to get promoted.

Multicultural environment Great Benefits, plenty of opportunities for advancement in the Operations department
Cons
From my experience it is hard to get promoted in the Engineering Department, average yearly salary raise is about 3%
