its a trap

working as AM in mechanical, it is worst experience with this company works life balance is poor, worst HR policies. no financially growth, daily 12 hours duty and in shut down times it would up to 16 hours duty. When it comes to appraisal. it's very poor .do not home here you will regret each and every moment. It is my personal opinion only.they consider April to march full financial year for appraisals. First year increment they will give only 2.5% on CTC.

Promotion cycle is very slow in officer cadre. Lower imporance to officer & field employees. Only importance to management cadre and senior management. Finance driven company and not market driven company. Every single rupee they spend on employee is recovered in terms of work. Good for freshers to take experience. Not good to spend lifetime as an employee
