Easy but ok to work but no salary growth, Management is old with no clear growth path.for fresher its ok, you can learn and then move ahead for growth in better org.

I would prefer to freshers work & learn in Taxonomy Corporate consultants because you get practical exposure with various situations, whether it is accounting or taxation.
