There is Extra workload. Work load so we are working in Saturday and Sunday also in Mapping department. Most important thing is that there is no job security. Many of people came Office and suddenly they got a message in Skype that please come in meeting with HR and production manager. And they told you please don't come from tomorrow and say to you sorry without any advance Notice.
