Each and every day is full of challenges. There is a new thing to learn each day. Meeting deadlines for submission of bid is the most challenging part. Encourages team work. Flat hierarchy with full of micro management. Encourages multi-tasking which makes you a go-getter.

CRISIL was my first job after completing my MBA. It was a good organisation to work with overall. But it too had some pros and cons like every organisation has. The main reason for leaving CRISIL was to enter the actuarial field.

CRISIL is a completely task oriented company. Each and every process is system driven. Very high focus on credibility and integrity. Excellent brand name. Very less focus on employee welfare. The only focus is on how to get maximum output from each employee. The management is least botherd about the work life balance of the employee.

Unlimited learning and work at average salaries

CRISIL is a good place to start your career as you get to learn a whole lot of industries if you are willing to learn. Pay packages in CRISIL are just average and you will never get satisfied with it with the quantum of work you do in CRISIL. Your seniors will take out a lot of work from you as they are also flooded with work. In all, its an average organisation for a medium term (2-5 years) career perspective, but not over that.
