Across divisions, CRISIL always has a strong focus on work quality which is achieved through continuous learning and development opportunities for improving team's skillsets. Good rewards and recognition policy that covers majority of the teams. Work/Life balance is a bit difficult to manage.

It was a wonderful unique experience working with Crisil especially in the SME and the Real Estate sector knowing about the clients in that sector understanding their business and rating them.
The Crisil R&A top leadership has failed to take appropriate actions to grow the business. Currently the business is in bad shape and this has resulted in 100's of innocent employees across levels being laid off.
Balanced work life balance. For freshers this is a good starting career. For professionals not much growth path is available unless you have a great good working relations with your supervisor (Yes Boss). No matter how much you work hard, you have to be in good books of you supervisor.. This culture change has happened very recently.

CRISIL is an analytical company. Typical day at work would involve interacting with the team and clients to manage the service level agreements and deliverables.
Good place for domain knowledge in financial sector, work life balance is good. Large scale operations providing insights into global markets.........
One of the best companies to start your career with. Your fundamentals of finance will become very strong.One of the best peer group you will find in any Indian company. However over the longer term growth prospects start to slow down. Quality of top management has deteriorated in past few years.

1) Industry Research- heading a team of 15 analysts for the domestic research division and handling NSE as our principal client2) Financial analysis and accounting- heading a team of 42 analysts for the domestic listed and unlisted companies data entry and analysis3) Managing the entire Pune branch with respect to budgets, security, maintenance etc
