Advice to Management Understand and learn Testing processes and adopt work culture followed in MNCs. You can easily hire employees from Top MNCs by paying hike but it's your responsibility to sustain it. Stop playing with employee's career. Gaining employee confidence is most important for long term survival.
The work environment is good. you are supposed to work out of your scope for the work to be done. for example, you are acquainted with front-ending, customer facing, SQL queries, and other basic stuff.
