Very much Technically sound company to work and good training is given . Also gives freedom to work and handle the manpower .Allows to give full responsibility at work . There is no harassment and politics in work. Remuneration is also good. Also leaves are enough and freedom to take leaves whenever necessary. Also good medical facility. KPA' s are decided at the beginning of the year and reviewed every quarter. Training calender is prepared based on job knowledge and given mostly as per schedule.

Crompton Greaves is a company where one would like to continue working. Compensation is on the positive side. The opportunity to learn new techniques is pretty good. I would recommend any one to accept the job in Crompton Greaves Ltd. (now CGI) if available. I got opportunity to use of Finite Element Analysis in solving problems. Similarly I was supported on development of optimization techniques. Management has no time to work for a change. The hardest part of the job was low probability of of reaching the top.
