Very high targets. Customer don't even know the name of the bank. It's very hard to convince customers. If I had to sell insurances then I would have joined bank I would have joined insurance company.

Work culture is not good. No support from higher. Very high target not in line with products offer. Even you can't enjoy holiday and festivals, as you will continuously receive targets and achievements on holiday also. Also they will ask you to plan on holiday to complete your target next day.

Highly stressfull

Most of the branches are under staffed and the existing staff are under severe pressure of attaining unacheivable targets. Lots of unneccesary concalls at working hours leaving you with very little time to finish the work load. The senior management is only bothered about targets and customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

No such products to compete with peer groups except Gold Loan. Too Much Sales pressure from superiors due to absence of Brand Value. Too much accountability of Branch Manager.

Good Bank

It was fun working with employees, they are like family. We can trust them and they teach you each and everything about their processes. You will be stuck in every process as they don't have any specific TAT and customers are shouting at ground staff. For backoffice staff it's a heaven job.

CSB is run by ZMs & their bosses who are well oiled. For ordinary low level workers it is not secured. Branch working people are not taken seriously. ZM & AREA MANAGER have final say. If they are good, nice otherwise Bank will suffer. They want to please their bosses and not worried about customers who are backbone of any business
