Fun Working environment
a typical day is fun, great co-workers
Management doesn't have a clear policies on promotion. Pretty much works on favoritism.
Insecurities are severe across the upper management level and therefore turns a blind eye on true talents and promotes people who aren't threats to their own positions.
but otherwise, it has a state of the art office place and CMD is an amazing person that one would look up to him and at same time appreciate his down to earth attitude.What would you say about your employer?
