You face daily new challenges, interesting things to do. You gain a good knowledge about electronics. Poor management but it is ok with a start-up as you are free to apply what you think. Average co-workers, because you can't find everyone fine at any place.

no salaries and average work experience

Software Development Engineer (Current Employee) - New Delhi, Delhi

The office is not in livable conditions, apart from the team manager who helped me despite the worst working environment, there is nothing good about the company. Not paid since january.No basic facilities for woman like washrooms.
