The most useful review selected by IndeedUsually day shift , strict standards and policies, Fully application oriented software of central management..Any think we need apply through application software for ex .if we need one day leave also need to apply through application oriented software then it will automatically go to approval to Manager . Every thing depends on manager dicision that is final. For ex. Yearly pay increment of salary also depends upon manager desicion and it will depend upon your performance evaluation this is also through application software.IN CASE ZERO PERFORMANCE YOU GOT FOR THE YEAR MEANS NO SALARY INCREMENT this evulation also done for every 6months.worknlife balance, culture, inclusive and team work all are good but There is no fixed job role may be you may be shifted to other roll or department this is also decide by manager
