Usually day shift , strict standards and policies, Fully application oriented software of central management..Any think we need apply through application software for ex .if we need one day leave also need to apply through application oriented software then it will automatically go to approval to Manager . Every thing depends on manager dicision that is final. For ex. Yearly pay increment of salary also depends upon manager desicion and it will depend upon your performance evaluation this is also through application software.IN CASE ZERO PERFORMANCE YOU GOT FOR THE YEAR MEANS NO SALARY INCREMENT this evulation also done for every 6months.worknlife balance, culture, inclusive and team work all are good but There is no fixed job role may be you may be shifted to other roll or department this is also decide by manager

If we talk about normal day then every day is very good there and talking about this company then I used to get a little nervous at the time of starting because I used to think in myself that I have to self learn all the work of cummins as soon as possible. And now it feels great to learn .....I give this company a rating of 5

Great culture, growth opportunities within the organization ,Health and safety ,Priority for labour safety ,creche facility available for women at work,Cab service available for traveling for work,transport given for night shifts,Manager guidance for all employees, Trainings and support for knowledge also company sponsorship for higher education.

To grow you have to move to HO, not much to grow in zonal offices. Also job security is not there as the organization carried out lay off in 2 to 3 years time span.

On this place do other work thats not match out with job profile . in utility dept . scrap correction do like this .and management also do thats whats they want .
