Great work culture. Very open environment..and inclusive. They really embrace diversity nd inclusion. There have been many changes in recent past I leadership leading to some ambiguity. Work pressure depends on the function and business you are in. Corporate jobs in Cummins don't have a lot of work pressure but Plant jobs are quite demanding
