Usually day shift , strict standards and policies, Fully application oriented software of central management..Any think we need apply through application software for ex .if we need one day leave also need to apply through application oriented software then it will automatically go to approval to Manager . Every thing depends on manager dicision that is final. For ex. Yearly pay increment of salary also depends upon manager desicion and it will depend upon your performance evaluation this is also through application software.IN CASE ZERO PERFORMANCE YOU GOT FOR THE YEAR MEANS NO SALARY INCREMENT this evulation also done for every 6months.worknlife balance, culture, inclusive and team work all are good but There is no fixed job role may be you may be shifted to other roll or department this is also decide by manager

Great culture

Great culture, growth opportunities within the organization ,Health and safety ,Priority for labour safety ,creche facility available for women at work,Cab service available for traveling for work,transport given for night shifts,Manager guidance for all employees, Trainings and support for knowledge also company sponsorship for higher education.

Awesome working environment, nice peoples

I worked 5 years in Cummins and I feel this is the best company overall like well hikes, opportunities, friendly environment. Work flexibility, office peoples are very nice to work with. I learned a lot in terms of how I behave and react with peoples. Well organised and company is taking care of peoples in worst time. Overall I'm recommending this company to everyone

The company is a 100% owned subsidiary of Cummins India Ltd. Headquartered in Pune.The work culture is good. Ample opportunities for personal improvement. Technical trainings are conducted from time to time to upskill the frontline employees.

Ethical and great place for work

Company is having good culture and system base company. The salary structure is also good. Diversity is strength and big scope for Tallent.. The only drawback is no job security. Even though high performer no sure you can't loose job.

Not very interesting

Management had no futuristic vision and trust on employee. People politics at full swing and the entire power is with Manager. Sudden termination are a part of HR drive. Managers focus on presentation rather than Technical contribution. Primarily an Engine manufacturing company which doesn't have a vision on upcoming technologies. Doesn't believe in training people, rather they only hire trained and useful people.

Lot of workplace politics

Layoffs without reason every two years. No Job security . technology not as per market . Not recommended for long term . good for initial learning but you cant relay on the company for long term as there are group politics everywhere in the company . They have ruined the workplace over couple of years. toxic environment if you want want to work honestly and do not want to bootlick. they will get you removed in next layoff cycle.

Company culture is not good.

The leadership is incompetent and have no clear goals. Lot of inside politics. You won't get much to learn there. Management is incapable and they don't care about you.
