Every thing depends on manager dicision that is final. For ex. Yearly pay increment of salary also depends upon manager desicion and it will depend upon your performance evaluation this is also through application software.IN CASE ZERO PERFORMANCE YOU GOT FOR THE YEAR MEANS NO SALARY INCREMENT this evulation also done for every 6months.worknlife balance, culture, inclusive and team work all are good but There is no fixed job role may be you may be shifted to other roll or department this is also decide by manager

Slowdown in vehicle industry impacts Cummins

No work transparency. Very complicated management decission. Too much politics.
Every one just do buttering and no one concern about work for company benefits.
No decision power for India team. Global counter parts takes the projects and credits of the projects.
Old technology, much more work goes with contractor.
