Good company to work with. Highly systematic and lot of load of work. Fair and transparent.One should bet on it. But one need to ensure that there is heavy load of work in all the department...

Company culture is not good.

Beware before Going.. Too unreliable

Cummins is the most unreliable company. Simply , you can not depend on this company for long. This will put your family in jeopardy. I do not recommend especially to Male candidates as its highly female oriented and this may cause dooms of your career. In addition, I strongly recommend not to go to PSBU project business which is having very bad work culture , arrogant leaderships.

Work pressure depends on the function and business you are in. Corporate jobs in Cummins don't have a lot of work pressure but Plant jobs are quite demanding

Global counter parts takes the projects and credits of the projects. Old technology, much more work goes with contractor.
