Worst company to work. No support. Management tells lie.

HR pratically does nothing to address the issues of employees. Extremely poor work culture in Capital Markets.

Capital Markets (Kolkata) is the worst place to work in Cushman and Wakefield. No guidance, extremely poor mentorship and the person who headed Calcutta Capital markets made sure he can't manage deals or the people working with him. Administration and HR failed to take note of this. This culture is rampant especially in Kolkata office and in Capital Markets.

Very Stressful and no work life balance, Seniors find every reason to work late nights and on weekends. Its a pattern where important works are assigned at late hours and on Fridays. Seniors have a mindset that working on weekends is part of job and it has gone into culture.
