Working in the Legal Division at Cvent is an outstanding learning opportunity. You are called upon to negotiate a large number of diverse international contracts with clients and vendors alike, and to advise on the law in multiple jurisdictions as it relates to employment, data protection, intellectual property, and other matters.

Good platform for boosting your way way up the corporate ladder in the SaaS industry. The only con is that the company amounts for very less cross departmental movement and does not care about/provide alignment for your career goals and ambitions. You'll be forced and will be expected to do the same one thing you are hired for even if you show potential and inclination towards other areas.
It was a new great experiece at Cvent, its a very employee centric company, work environment, culture and everythng is really good. I guess the only place i stuggled with was the timing. Overall I feel privileged being one of the employees of Cvent
My journey with Cvent has been extraordinarily good. After spending 7 years with Cvent i can say it is one of the best companies to work with. Right from the CEO to leadership, everyone is easily approachable and helpful. The company not only aims at their own growth but is equally involved in all the employees personal and professional development.
I am working at Cvent full-time for more than 2 years. Pros Great compensation and benefits. Decent work environment. Cons Internal politics in Top Management and absolutely no contribution to employee's professional growth and development. Advice to Management To check the regrettable attrition give your employees the room for their professional growth. Especially in the Client Finance department.
