Carlson is the best company I have ever worked, but now the manager who has joined before 2 years is the most idiot and the egoistic person and he will afraid of honest and professional persons and he is the racist person..Do not join the company until the stupid manager is available.

I had one of the best employe to work for so it was nice to come to work. They helped me a lot when I was going through family illness and even accommodated me to work from home to help my dying sister. I really don't have any complaints about the company or the culture, except the pay was lower than most competitors.
