If you want a little experience as such like one year experience and leave, and no options in the market, this is the last one which comes with torture. All the best for it. The old management with experience of 25 plus years in the same company run by countrymen who do not know simple English to address the crowd, they dont encourage the younger generation ideas and fully countrymen mentality men/women around.

Only one pro, the chairmen policy of not terminating a fulltime employee for a simple reasons.
Cons
Pay scale less, every year expecting Hike(peanuts) but the cuttings would be more, By EOM you wont notice any increase in income for every year, Management led by unqualified persons.

No values. Lot of politics. very less pay. more wastage. Prolonged working hrs. They don't follow corporate norms. Top management not bother about waste. Unnecessary spending on few things and waste lot of money. Company means employees but Cyient never thought like this. Cyient gives preference to few people. Marketing manager's failure. Real talented people won't encourage. Huge politics. No ethics at all. HR no response and simply escape.
