Work culture is good, but the Management and skill level of work is not good.
The work style of the company is good and also the values of the company are good. But, somehow the management is not so great to work for. Salaries of the employees are not balancing with the current cost of living.

The type of work friends on the project, it is hard to find some good work at Cyient. People from the level of senior design engineer don't do any work. There is no recognition given to your work. You will be paid much less compared to market. There won't be any promotions. There won't be any growth. No proper hikes given. Most people regret after joining Cyient especially the campus hires or those who start their career with Cyient.
