Very interesting work with new things to learn this environment. Management is very poor. Workplace culture is very good. Hardest part of job is working hour (WFH) more than 10 hours. Two days week off , you can spend enough time with family.

Pros: Cyient is the best organization with nice client and nice manager.Flexible working hours.No politics.Nice hike.Cons:For bands C and above the company does not pay arrears of the hike from April to June. And hike starts from July.No any HR sessions for medical and emergency.Expecting at least once in a year any party or outing.
