Not so good place

* More than 8 hours in office due to lack of Laptop. No Laptop. Need to sit in office for extra hour work * Program Management skills * Local influence is paramount. Lack of international culture * Fierce competition in the same job level; favoritism for localities * Manage different stakeholders and prioritize work stream * Free Tea & Coffee that was also stopped in 2009
