No values. Lot of politics. very less pay. more wastage. Prolonged working hrs. They don't follow corporate norms. Top management not bother about waste. Unnecessary spending on few things and waste lot of money. Company means employees but Cyient never thought like this. Cyient gives preference to few people. Marketing manager's failure. Real talented people won't encourage. Huge politics. No ethics at all. HR no response and simply escape.

Prolonged working hours
I learned a lot at Cyient which gives exposure to many different technologies used by customers of different domains. Unfortunately employees doesn't have a choice to choose to work in the interested domain.HR policies are really good but need to improve the pay scales of employees to meet at par with the market standard.
Have maximum opportunity to learn and develop required skill set and the support provided by the managers in this aspect is remarkable. They tend to understand team and their by yielding greater quality of work
Cyient have good working environment and all colleagues are nice to move. Process followed in Cyient much better than other organizations. But I have concern about the Onsite opportunity and Increment, Promotion. Every year management will say at the time appraisal about the company revenue loss and no monetary benefit to employees. People left this company because of this reason.
Organisation providing Lot of technical training and Development skills in terms of career point of view also personal. Excellent facilities which are provide lot of freedom to explore thoughts to development process wise business growth model wise. Encourage & Continuous support to Innovative thoughts align with team
- Worst company with worst management. - No proper infrastructure. - HR dept is dumb for any issue. - Best suitable to employees who doesnt need more salary hike & who doesnot want to leave hyderabad city.

A typical day at work starts at 9.00 am in the morning, we will have internal team meeting which includes plan for task completion. Meetings with clients to discuss on the project. Gained good knowledge on the Aero engine components analysis. sometimes it becomes very hard to extend beyond 15 hrs. Most enjoyable part of my job is it helps me to learn new things every day.
Cyient limited is truly the best place for people who wants to have a relaxed work life. Management is always in confused mood takes a longer time to make he key business decisions. Many times customers loose faith with the cyient management. Workplace at cyient is not the best. They make the employees present at their work space all time even when there at Bench. The most enjoyable part at cyient is to work.
Types of work
This company is 25 yrs old but still there is no HR polices visibility at Cyient Ltd. No transparency between the management and the employee. There are lot of gaps and need to improve, in spite of just thinking of cost cutting and creating problems for employees.
Nature of work is good (Technical)
Pay package, Issue on Job security, Work life balance issue etc.

Determined the duties and responsibilities of individuals in a team. Analyzed the individual performance of each team member and motivated them to perform even better.
