Good for young engineers specially in core domain, They can experience what they have learnt in there curriculum. Having most of the clients in other parts of India, they can expect good onsite opportunities.
Good the freshers work will be more and get.more knowledge on tools, products and process.
Only the main concern is the salary at cyient they are still not upto the marketing standard.
Very big and worst thing is the management they are been in cyient for willseveral years and
Work-Life Balance depends on Project.
Some Project are too hectic because of cheap billing.

Cyient is one the INDIA based company, in addition, the company work timings optional, if you want to do job home or office, that is optional, moreover, I like this company to join again.
Year by Year Cyient is growing, Revenue is good and Share value is increased in the past 6 Years. But the salary hike is very less when compared to market value.
Managers will change every year and need prove every year that I am doing well. when they believe on me, they changed him to another role.

fun workplace but no support from manager. Career growth opportunities are less. More politics and managerial positions are more. We need to find the project for our self, manager may not help you.
