Managers expects productivity more then one person like one person target 50 records per shift they asking 150 per shift like...in my domain telecom and GIS projects other then my domains i dont know

It is a good company, to work with this company.but less salary and increments.
Office invironment is good, working employees also good.
Management also good
For Women it would be aGood option. Comapired to salary, its very Bad. you won't get Hike as expected. Less than 10%.

good for freshers and no pressures at work place but pay scales are
low i am satisfied as begineer and timings are comfortable to work and facilities are good at work place
i have more support form by management team, and i want to learn new things in any project by supporting of management and i am glad to work in this company.
Cyient is good for freshers and job security is good. But apprisal system is not good. Salary increments is very very low. Nothing is exited in cyient
