If you want a little experience as such like one year experience and leave, and no options in the market, this is the last one which comes with torture. All the best for it. The old management with experience of 25 plus years in the same company run by countrymen who do not know simple English to address the crowd, they dont encourage the younger generation ideas and fully countrymen mentality men/women around.

Only one pro, the chairmen policy of not terminating a fulltime employee for a simple reasons.

Pay scale less, every year expecting Hike(peanuts) but the cuttings would be more, By EOM you wont notice any increase in income for every year, Management led by unqualified persons.
No values. Lot of politics. very less pay. more wastage. Prolonged working hrs. They don't follow corporate norms. Top management not bother about waste. Unnecessary spending on few things and waste lot of money. Company means employees but Cyient never thought like this. Cyient gives preference to few people. Marketing manager's failure. Real talented people won't encourage. Huge politics. No ethics at all. HR no response and simply escape.

Working at cyient is worst. Coz there is no job security at all. Management is totally waste. Just to show economic growth as well as share value of company, During covid-19 situation also, organisation made employees to resign forcefully without considering pandemic situation.
Instead of involuntary resignation, they would havebeen deducted employees salary by 50%.but managment is totally worst. worst.theyworstharra

The work style of the company is good and also the values of the company are good. But, somehow the management is not so great to work for. Salaries of the employees are not balancing with the current cost of living.
Satisfactory and good. Team activities, outing are stress relievers. Working culture and environment is encouraging. Management had vision and road map for coming years
Work atmosphere, the employees who feel the responsibility always are stuck to their work and busy with completion of tasks and the rest of them are busy with gossip and internal politics. Pleasing superiors is the secret to survive in this company. Corporate culture is only on papers.
Need to change the middle-level management. They are not upto mark both in Technical and in Management arena.

I have gained good technical knowledge on testing and rail domain.
Management is good.
Working 8.5 hour per day is mandatory.
Working with clients and learning more about the products they develop is the best part which I like.
Get to learn many things and have a good experinece. Work life balance and management is good. Good team work and flexibility. Good organization for women, no night shifts for women.
Working at cyient is really a good experience.We gonna face many challenges from management as well as from project. But it is good working environment
Cyient is a good company to work but management is old aged style from data back ground and IT side.
