The type of work friends on the project, it is hard to find some good work at Cyient. People from the level of senior design engineer don't do any work. There is no recognition given to your work. You will be paid much less compared to market. There won't be any promotions. There won't be any growth. No proper hikes given. Most people regret after joining Cyient especially the campus hires or those who start their career with Cyient.
It's a service based company where we support client like boeing, bambardier, triumph, Collins, prat and Whitney Doing job in such a company will be help you learning things but the state of Job is very uncertain. You may loose job at any point of time
I have a terrible experience at cyeint. The job culture was good and work life balance. But the salary was very low. First 6months they are taking under consultancy. They said after 6 months they enrolled to perminant employee. But that's not happened . We wasted our 8 months time at Cyient.
working at Cyient provides you a comfortable work environment with little or no work pressure. cyient provides flexibility to shift timings comfortable cab facility with home pick and drop. Company is excellent at providing leaves, one can take leave at any time(in limit). The only negative thing i found in these 4.5yrs at Cyient is compensation. I think Cyient can provide better compensation to its employees.
The work style of the company is good and also the values of the company are good. But, somehow the management is not so great to work for. Salaries of the employees are not balancing with the current cost of living.
Work atmosphere, the employees who feel the responsibility always are stuck to their work and busy with completion of tasks and the rest of them are busy with gossip and internal politics. Pleasing superiors is the secret to survive in this company. Corporate culture is only on papers.
