Nice place to work
The DAV institutions are best place to work. They are very professional and serious about growth of students as well as teaching skills upgradation through in-house and outside trainings/workshops.

Stressful place
Work culture was good but the management is biased and getting permanent here is a very difficult task as you would require approaches. The students are good and the teachers have to stay back for only half an hour after school.

productive work
the place where i had worked is my school and i didn't get a pay for that but i had done that work for experience. its a good place the faculty is also good and other people or student with whom i had worked are very nice
