Very Productive , fast paced and Competitive environment

DAV is a large institution all over in India. From a small town to a Metropolitan City , there is a atleast one DAV. Environment of this school is very competitive and collaborative , stressful at the same time. I enjoyed my 7 years being part of this institution. Overall I will rate it 4 out of 5.

Good and relaxed work culture . My experience was good but I felt lack of target oriented refinement and upgradation.

My tenure(8months) with DAV BSEB Patna was a good experience for me. Till date I am connected with some of my colleagues and I really felt at home. There was lack of scope of self refinement and there were very few occasions of teachers' training. Salary was not at per with the best of the field , but job-security was like that in Govt. jobs.

Free transport, understanding Management, Tradition and culture of the land upholder, strong and self-sufficient management.
Cons
Nepotism, Private tutions, buttering and cajoling higher authrities to get desired increment or higher positions.

I joined DAV Public school in the year 2016 as NTT teacher. I learned computer work specially MS word, excel, PPT presentation etc. Working place was very friendly and co operative. Teachers were very helpful to each other. Teaching faculty is awesome. I got opportunity to teach primary section also( art, sst). Management of DAV is just too good.So I am always ready to work with DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL.
